In a new paper released today, James Forsyth (Spectator), Mark Littlewood (Institute of Economic Affairs), Kwasi Kwarteng MP, Dominic Raab MP and Chris Skidmore MP set out 15 policy proposals to helpĀ ensure the UK thrives and is not left behind an intensely competitive environment. The manifesto proposes several policy alternatives that seek to boost business and restrain public spending through free-market reforms to education, immigration, taxes, and welfare. All of the policies proposed aim to encourage a competitve and free economic environment while freeing individuals to create, innovate, and take risks. Overall, these policies aim to raise the global economic standing of the United Kingdom.
